1 PRACTICAL CARD OF USE OF TIMERS IN LOGO
1. Sum in Logo the following timers and independently, analyzes its operation, simulating them.  It realises all these activities in a single file. In the right part of each timer, it explains his operation briefly. The timers that Logosoft prepares are the following:
 Retardation to the connection.
 Retardation to the disconnection.
 Retardation to the connection and disconnection.
 Retardation to the connection with memory.
 Relay of sweeping.
 Generating of impulses asynchronous.
 Interrupting of lighting system for stairs.
 weekly Timer.
 autoenclavador Relay.
 Relay of impulses.

Note: In the following exercises it is requested that the circuit is designed, simulates in the program logosoft and finally the practical scheme of assembly is drawn (connection of logo and the different elements that compose the circuit). The student will have to give the three parts of which the exercise is made up (design of the circuit and the scheme of assembly).
2. Automatic of stairs.
a. When we pressed S1 (normally open pulser), a light bulb ignites later during 5 seconds, going out.
b. In addition it has 3 pulsers with the same utility that S1 to be able to drive it from 4 points different and of a S5 switch who allows to leave the always ignited light.

3. Timer to the connection.
a. When we pressed a S1 switch, the light bulb will ignite to the 3 sg after activating the switch. The light will remain ignited until we disconnect S1.
b. We have one second light bulb that it will ignite to the 5 sg after activating S1. When we deactivated S1, the two light bulbs go out simultaneously.
4. Drive of a motor by means of two pulsers of unemployment and march.
a. We have of a S1 pulser to activate a motor and another pulser, S2 to stop it.
b. To ignite and to extinguish a motor with a simple S1 pulser (normally opened).
5. Drive of a motor with right turn and left.
a. We have of a S1 pulser that a motor with right turn drives, of a second S2 pulser that stops the motor and a third S3 pulser that the motor with left turn drives.
6. Time-lag drive of a motor.
a. When we pressed the S1 switch, the motor will start to the 3 sg and 5sg will pause after to have deactivated S1.
b. A S2 switch adds itself to him. When this one is activated, the motor never will start.
c. While the motor is activated, a light bulb will ignite, with a intermitencia of 0,5 sg, indicating that the motor is activated.
7.La light of the portal of entrance of the academy will ignite between week of 18 to 20 hours, except the week ends that will do it of 20 to 21 hours. In the morning, in labor schedule it will do it of 8 to 9 hours.
8. Automatic door.
a. It is had a detector of S1 presence, that when some person detects, is put to 1. On the contrary it gives 0.

b. When a person detects itself, the door is opened until the S2 switch, detects opened end of race, in which the motor is stopped.
c. At the moment that does not detect any person, the door closes until it detects the end of race (S3), in which for the motor.
9. Code of entrance.
a. We have 8 pulsers (S.A. S8), of which we will only use 4, the chosen ones by the user.
b. When the pulsers in the order indicated by the user are pressed, an intermittent light bulb will activate during 10 seconds and later it will go out. If the sequence is broken, the user will have to begin from the home.
10. Water supply to a water tank.
a. The deposit has two S1 sensors and S2 of filling of water and a pump that puts water to the deposit.
b. If S1= 0, S2=0, it does not have water in the deposit and the pump must put water to the deposit.
c. If S1=1 and S2 =0, the deposit is average emptiness and the pump must continue putting water.
d. If S1=1 and S2=1, the deposit is full. The pump stops working.
e. If, from now on low the water level, the pump does not have to work until the levels are S1=0 and S2=0, to avoid the breakage of the pump in the upper limit.
11. Simulator of presence in the home.
a. We have S1, S2 and S3, switches who manually activate the lights of the garden, portal and of the terrace of the house.

b. It is had S4 that activates the circuit of presence simulation.
c. When S4 is activated and in In Off the switches previous manuals, of automatic form, the lights ignite and extinguish, simulating the presence in the house. It is obvious that the lights only will ignite at night and not during the day.
12. Siren for the school. It is desired that a siren sounds in the changes of class during 10 sg. Saturdays and Sunday it is disconnected.
a. S1 exists (interrupting) that activates and deactivates the automatic system.
b. S2 exists to activate the form siren manual.
13. Alarm system.
It is tried to design an alarm system with logo. We have the S1 switch who connects and disconnects the alarm. After putting S1 to one, the system hopes 5 sg to leave the premises. Once passed these 5 sg the system is armed. It is had two pulsers, S2 (without retardation) and S3 with 3 retardation of sg to enter the premises and to disconnect the alarm (to put S1 in off) before the acoustic signal goes off.
14.Sistema of sliding inner door.
It is tried to control the opening and it closes of a sliding inner door. The inner door opens when beating the S1 pulser until the end of race. If it is stopped beating, its opening is interrupted. While it is being opened a blinker warns of its opening (intermitencia of 1 sg). The inner door is closed, of continued form, when beating the S2 pulser until the end of race. A detector of passage of such form exists that if somebody crosses, pauses the closing during 3 sg later to continue closing itself.
15.Dise±a a traffic light that arranges the 5 times of sg to the red one, 2 sg for yellow and 10 sg for the green one.
