What I am going to do to make that happen, After all, the coding of an illness determines the billing code for care; the billing code can determine whether or not the hospital is reimbursed by the insurance companies. – Issues are being mixed up here, we jumped from the issue of a transcription company being able to provide HL7 interface to the ability of the Transcription company to document patient care accurately
